This is a 1928 $10 United States Gold Certificate note bearing the unique yellow/gold seal and serial number.
Serial Number  A75732478A.
No pin holes, rips or tears present.  Abolulutely gorgeous note professionally graded by PCGS Banknote as AU-50.
Fr
anklin D. Roosevelt issued Executive Order 6102 to seize all gold.  As a result, these notes were subject to be seized by the government from 1933 all the way to 1964.
