You may return the product within 30 days of receipt. Item must be returned in new condition, as received with all accompanied accessories and literature, including the factory carton. Shipping, handling is not refundable unless item is returned because of defect. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and logistics for all returned items that are not defective.

In the event the item is damaged or lost the buyer will receive an affidavit stating the item was not received or damaged when received. Shipping time for priority mail international shipping can take up to 2-4 weeks in some cases. Normal shipping time is 6-14 days but packages can be flagged in customs.
