–Made by my father during WW11 –I can’t say if the silver is sterling except that Dad probably got the silver from sterling silver spoons and melted them down –There appears to be some imperfections either in or on the eagle design –It appears that the stone was set with something with iron in it as it looks rusted –31/2″x2″
